Integration limits
Each plan allows a maximum number of integrations. Free: 1; Starter: 10; Team: 25; Business: 100.
Event limits
Events are counted per month. Free: 5,000; Starter: 100,000; Team: 500,000; Business: 2,000,000.
Schema history limits
Schema versions and schema changes are retained for the plan's history period. Free: 7 days; Starter: 30 days; Team: 90 days; Business: 365 days.
Alert availability
Slack alerts are available on all plans. Email alerts require Starter or above.
Upgrading and downgrading
Upgrades take effect immediately. Use the pricing page or the in-app upgrade flow to change plans. Proration is applied when upgrading mid-cycle.
Downgrades are scheduled at the end of your current billing period. You keep your current plan until then. A banner shows when a downgrade is scheduled.
Cancellation can be scheduled from the Usage page ("Cancel subscription"). Access continues until the period ends. You can reactivate before the cancellation takes effect using "Keep my plan" on the cancellation banner.
